When you submit the contact form: (1) your submission is transmitted to Axisvera’s systems and sent through Resend for email delivery; (2) the message is then received, processed, and retained in Axisvera’s business mailbox hosted on Google Workspace (Google LLC) at sales@axisveratech.com (or another authorized Axisvera mailbox configured for inquiries); (3) Reply-To is set to the business email you provide so Axisvera can reply directly; (4) anti-spam checks may reject automated submissions (including a honeypot field that must remain empty and a minimum completion time); and (5) Upstash may process a salted rate-limit identifier (not the raw inquiry content) for a short, repository-configured time window to limit repeated or duplicate submissions.

Application contact logging is designed to record operational metadata (such as a request identifier, result category, and timing) and not inquiry field contents.

Agreeing to the inquiry privacy checkbox authorizes Axisvera to use the submitted information to review and respond to that inquiry and related follow-up. It does not authorize website analytics.

Where relevant, Axisvera uses the following principal providers:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Resend — contact-form email delivery
• Google Workspace (Google LLC) — business email and business communications; receipt, processing, and retention of inquiry emails
• Upstash — short-TTL salted rate-limit / duplicate-submission controls for the contact form
• Google Analytics 4 — optional website analytics only after analytics consent
• Google Sheets — website / CMS content source for published site content (not a store of contact-form submissions or visitor profiles)

Providers process information as needed to perform their services and subject to their applicable terms and security practices. Axisvera does not claim specific data-center regions or fixed provider retention periods for these services unless separately verified.

Essential technologies support basic Website operation, security, and remembering your Cookie Settings preference. Optional Google Analytics 4 remains disabled by default and loads only after you allow website analytics.

Upstash rate-limit identifiers are retained only for the short TTL configured in the repository for rate limiting / duplicate protection.

Provider-side logs or analytics datasets may follow each provider’s own retention settings, which Axisvera does not describe here as fixed periods. Provider retention is distinct from Axisvera’s own business-record retention.
